oks bet is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every Filipino player who uses our platform. This Policy is issued in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, "DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and all relevant issuances of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines ("NPC"). It applies to all personal data processed by oks bet in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of the device or channel through which you access it.

oks bet acts as the Personal Information Controller with respect to the personal data described in this Policy. Where oks bet engages third-party service providers to process data on its behalf, those providers act as Personal Information Processors under data processing agreements consistent with the DPA.

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, payment processors, or other external services that may be linked from or interact with the oks bet platform. Those parties maintain their own privacy policies, for which oks bet accepts no responsibility.

2.1 Sensitive Personal Information

Government-issued identification data collected during KYC verification constitutes Sensitive Personal Information as defined under Section 3(l) of the DPA. oks bet processes this category of data solely for the purposes of identity verification, age confirmation, and compliance with PAGCOR and AMLC regulatory requirements. This data is handled with heightened security and access controls as required by the DPA.

2.2 Data We Do Not Collect

oks bet does not collect full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or online banking credentials. GCash and PayMaya transactions are processed through the respective e-wallet providers' own secure authorization systems — oks bet receives only transaction reference numbers and confirmation status, not your e-wallet login credentials or PIN.

• Payment processing: Processing deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay; reconciling transactions; investigating payment disputes;
• Platform delivery: Operating, maintaining, and improving the oks bet gaming platform; delivering games; resolving technical issues;
• Customer support: Responding to your queries, complaints, and support requests through live chat, Messenger, Viber, and email;
• Fraud prevention and security: Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activity, unauthorized account access, and abuse of platform features;
• Anti-money laundering compliance: Fulfilling oks bet's obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160, as amended) and AMLC reporting requirements;
• Regulatory compliance: Complying with PAGCOR licensing requirements, NPC obligations, court orders, and other applicable Philippine law;
• Responsible gaming: Monitoring gaming behavior for responsible gaming purposes; enforcing deposit limits, self-exclusion, and exclusion registry checks;
• Analytics and improvement: Analyzing aggregated and anonymized platform usage data to improve game selection, user experience, and platform performance;
• Marketing communications (with consent): Sending promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates where you have opted in to receive such communications.

These disclosures are mandatory and cannot be withheld.

5.2 Payment Service Providers

Transaction data is shared with GCash (G-Xchange Inc.), PayMaya (Maya Philippines Inc.), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment processors to the extent necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These entities are independent controllers of their own customer data and are governed by their own privacy policies.

5.3 KYC and Identity Verification Services

Identity documents submitted during KYC verification may be processed by third-party identity verification service providers engaged by oks bet under data processing agreements. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than identity verification on oks bet's behalf.

5.4 Technology and Infrastructure Providers

oks bet uses cloud hosting, platform software, and game content providers to operate the platform. These providers may process technical and gaming activity data as Personal Information Processors under appropriate data processing agreements and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

5.5 Gaming Exclusion Registries

oks bet participates in the PAGCOR exclusion registry and may submit or receive exclusion listings as required under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. Player self-exclusion requests may be shared with the exclusion registry consistent with PAGCOR obligations.

oks bet does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies; however, disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to your oks bet account.

oks bet implements technical and organizational security measures proportionate to the risk of processing, designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• TLS encryption for all data transmitted between the Player's device and oks bet servers;
• Encryption at rest for KYC documents and sensitive financial records;
• Role-based access controls limiting staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis;
• Multi-factor authentication requirements for staff accessing player data systems;
• Regular security assessments and penetration testing of platform infrastructure;
• Incident response procedures in compliance with NPC breach notification requirements.

🗂️ 8. Data Retention

oks bet retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal hold requirements. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the lifetime of the active account and for a period of five (5) years following verified account closure, consistent with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements;
• KYC and identity verification documents: Retained for five (5) years from the date of verification or from account closure, whichever is later, in compliance with AMLC record-keeping obligations;
• Transaction and financial records: Retained for five (5) years from the date of each transaction as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Gaming activity logs: Retained for three (3) years from the date of each session, subject to PAGCOR audit requirements;
• Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction in a support thread;
• Marketing consent records: Retained until consent is withdrawn and for a reasonable period thereafter to document compliance.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in a manner that prevents re-identification. Where legal proceedings are ongoing or reasonably anticipated, data relevant to those proceedings will be retained until resolution.

• Right to Object: The right to object to processing of your personal data, including direct marketing. Where we rely on legitimate interests as a lawful basis, we will assess whether those interests override your objection;
• Right to Data Portability: The right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format for transfer to another controller, where technically feasible;
• Right to Damages: The right to claim compensation for damages sustained as a result of inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of personal data;
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines if you believe your data privacy rights have been violated.

oks bet will respond to verified data privacy rights requests within ten (10) business days of receipt. Complex requests may require additional time, in which case you will be notified of the expected resolution timeline. oks bet may request proof of identity before processing any rights request.

Parents and guardians who believe a minor has opened an oks bet account should contact our support team immediately at [email protected] so that the account can be investigated and closed promptly.

🌏 11. International Data Transfers

oks bet primarily processes and stores player data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to processors or sub-processors located outside the Philippines — for example, certain cloud infrastructure services or game content providers — oks bet ensures that such transfers are conducted in compliance with the DPA and relevant NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfer.

International transfers are protected by one or more of the following safeguards: (a) contractual clauses binding the receiving party to data protection standards equivalent to the DPA; (b) the recipient country's data protection framework has been assessed as providing adequate protection; or (c) the transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract between oks bet and the Player and no other adequate safeguard is reasonably available.

🔄 12. Amendments to This Policy

oks bet reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or our data processing practices. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number and/or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised with each amendment. Continued use of the oks bet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. Players who do not agree to any amendment should contact our Data Protection Officer or support team to discuss account closure options.
